The Lexington Public Schools' Office of Curriculum and Instruction focuses on improving student outcomes through high-quality curriculum, instruction, and assessment. They support teachers and administrators by:

  • Aligning curriculum with state and national standards

  • Conducting ongoing assessment and data analysis

  • Providing professional development

  • Supporting special education and English language learning

  • Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion

  • Collaborating with school leaders and program coordinators

  • Overseeing federal grants and program evaluation

The office strives to create a comprehensive system that integrates curriculum, instruction, assessment, and professional learning to enhance student achievement and well-being.
